I think Mark Levin, by far the smartest of the bunch, understands the constitutional crisis this would unleash. What becomes of the legislation signed by a sitting president proven to be ineligible to be in that seat?

We need to concentrate on sending him back to Chicago, or Hawaii or Kenya, or where ever. That should be our focus and our mission.

That’s been one of my points here.

We know that Obama isn’t eligible. By virtue of the fact that not one journalist, historian, author or anybody has written a detailed document explaining how Obama is eligible, we know he is not.

That battle has been won and given up by those who are defending Obama. They just resort to ridicule and sitting on their hands about it.

But that’s not going to remove Obama from office. To do that, we have to win the 2012 election based on his performance as president. That is the only way to win.

Once he is out of office, we can then work to restore this country.
