Isn't it a shame that the country has gone in the direction it has the past six years and is still looking down the end of a large caliber cannon and doesn't recognize its’ problem. I say the last six years because in 2006 the Dumocrats took over congress and we haven't been the same. Barney Frank and Cris Dodd and their minions thought free money was the way to go. Bush is blamed for the crisis when in truth these two idiots were instrumental in defeating legislation that would have prevented the mortgage crisis from happening. We'll see this election if the country is going to continue in the slide or reverse itself. I personally agree that Speaker Gingrich is the only person I see that would see to it that the brakes are put on and reverse direction without the pain the others would put us through.

I agree with you. Every one who is not on our side is scared to death that Newt should get his hands on the rudder. Because they know that in the face of all opposition, he will turn this ship around. My God be with him for our children's sake.

Right on bramps. The other three don’t even come close to what Newt can and will do as President. The good ole boys in DC really don’t want Newt in anyway, shape or form. Go Newt.

I like what another FR member said, Newt is substance and the others are sound bites/talking points.
Ricky has began to copy Newt's words.

Endorsement: A billboard ad for AshleyMadison.com, which helps men and women cheat on their spouses, has sprung up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, emblazoned with Newt Gingrich's photo.
Jim,
I thought we had a moratorium on gutter attacks like this on Newt or Santorum?
To: SoConPubbie
Nope...take a look at any Santorum thread. The Newters have not halted slanders of Santorum (”St. Rick”/”Ricky”/etc) and resort to personal attacks aimed at his supporters (”liar”/”stupid”/etc) for prefering someone other than Newt...never even called on it.

Besides, its was a billboard endorsement that actually exists taken from an article by McCain’s dim-witted daughter. IF there was a “gutter attack”, it was conducted by McCain’s daughter (hypocrite - her father was involved in an affair with her mother) or the creator of the billboard ad meant as an ANTI-REPUBLICAN slam...Newt’s past just gives them the ammo.

They are Jim's rules and apparently the moderators and/or Jim do not agree with your assessment since your posts were removed.
