Thanks for the zucchini recipe-this one is the one I use most for fish, because it is fast and easy but I cant post a link because it is out of one of my recipe books-
1 lb. fresh fish fillets, washed in cold water
1/2 cup of dry white wine
3 tblsp butter or margerine
juice of 1 lg. lemon
1 tblsp minced garlic (I use 2)
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper (I use more)
Combine all ingredients in a glass baking dish, cover and bake in 375 oven until done, or cover with plastic wrap and bake on 60% power in microwave until tender.
