Arpaio rocks! Prisoners sleep in tents, wear stripes, and get pink underwear. His guard dogs get fed better than the inmates. Inmates get bologna sandwiches. Arpaio says he’s running a prison, not a spa for gangsters.
No TV, no weight room, no A/C. My kinda guy!
