Like I said, there are so many memorable moments in “The Glenn Miller Story” and that is among the very best. It shows the will of the Allies during WWII as the band plays on while under German attack. The crescendo of “In the Mood” and the cheering of the troops is great!

Yes! Very moving part. Ranks up there (to me) with that part from Casablanca when the French girl is singing the French National anthem with tears in her eyes. There are not too many parts in movies that make a political statement of triumph over tyranny like those scenes.
