Aside from all the crap filler chemicals and a tiny quantify of a couple of ordinary vitamins, the only noteworthy ingredient is anatabine, a constituent of tobacco smoke. Anatabine was originally peddled as a stop-smoking aid by the same outfit now peddling it as an anti-inflammatory.A friend of mine has using low dose anatabine for a while instead of NSAID's for his arthritis and thinks it's more effective at cutting down on the inflammation in his hands than Ibuprofen, et al. A few anecdotal reports are nothing to base a strong opinion on but it seems promising anyway.

I use Bromelain, which is very effective, easy on the stomach and much cheaper.
