Marie Osmond sprinkles when she tinkles on stage
Yahoo! News/The Daily Caller ^ | March 12, 2012 | Alexandra Myers

Marie Osmond had a bit of an accident on stage during a performance on a Bahamas cruise ship March 2 after an audience member’s question had both her and her brother, Donny, laughing hysterically.

We don’t know what made her laugh so hard, but Marie erupted into such a fit of laughter that she peed on herself and on the stage.

Osmond wasn’t ashamed. Instead, she exclaimed, “I just peed my pants!” and wiped the stage where her little accident took place.

It is by far the TRUEST teaching that exists.....................................That sounds like a wonderful personal belief, too bad for you not everyone shares that belief, you wouldn’t have anyone to hate. Now with the above definition you can now understand why you are a bigot.

Wiki, really?

However, you have shown that you are very much in this camp: “A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs. “

Nope, I said it before, will say it again, I have never scorned anyone for their spiritual beliefs unless they start to scorn others.That gets under my skin. Believe what ever you want and leave others alone as to what they want to believe. I kinda think thats what this country was founded on, you know, religious freedom. So quit being a bigot about others beliefs and concentrate on your own.

You keep harping on that I hate people, without any proof. Nowhere have I said I hated ANYONE for what they believe. However you seem to hate me for what I believe. Gee, that makes you the bigot - not me.

Get over yourself and your self-righteousness. The fact that you don’t believe the Bible, doesn’t make it false. It just means you haven’t realized the truth yet.

I’ll keep praying for you. Sounds like you need it.

HOGWASH. That is exactly what you have done on this thread.

No one, even me, have ever said Mormons do not have the right to practice their religion. But you seem to not get that Freedom of Religion works both ways. I have the same freedom to fight their conversion attempts and to speak out against them.

As a Christian, it is my DUTY to tell others about Christ and to fight unbiblical teachings. I am following my faith by doing this.

I am so glad that the people who helped get me out of Mormonism and into a relationship with Jesus didn’t adopt your pathetic ‘live and let live attitude’. Rather they followed their beliefs and told me the truth.

Do you ever tell liberals/democrats that they are wrong or try to get them to see the conservative viewpoint? Or are you perfectly happy letting liberals destroy this country? Godzilla is correct, your hypocrisy is astounding.

Then I expect to see you start to scorn the Mormons, both on here and in public.

Is there any way you could gather up enough respect for this forum and its members, and not post something that perverted? You apparently aren’t capable of being ashamed, throwing out a comment like that.

When I hear a mormon, especialy on this forum, bashing your kind, I would be one of the first to sound off. Maybe it has happened here before, I can not recall it ever happening, but the anti-mormon threads with you guys is a daily occurence.

"Sometimes, us Christians can be the biggest judge of all, when in fact, it is not up to us to Judge."

We mortals have no business trying to judge the salvation of another, but we judge people day in and day out with God-given intelligence. We judge another adult before we leave our children under his/her care. We judge who will be a good friend of ours. God make us intelligent in order for us to judge things that affect our ourselves and our families.

If an athiest or an agnostic scorned others for their spiritual belief yes, I would consider them a bigot as well. And you are correct, I really have no spiritual faith at all. Once upon a time many years ago, yea,but thats all gone now. I guess it started when I found out the church, about 300 ad, invented hell just to scare people into believing. Of course there are other factors as well. However, I am not ignorant of the scriptures, I just view them in a different light than you do. And there is a whole lot of scripture that never made it into old King James’s edition.

One of my most common sins is one that, until I converted to Catholicism, I would never have called a sin. It is the very real sin of detraction. I often fall into it, and rarely even realize it. What makes it hard to recognize is that it is a sin that tells the truth. Rash judgment is another fault of mine. Pray for me please.

See http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc/p3s2c2a8.htm

2477 Respect for the reputation of persons forbids every attitude and word likely to cause them unjust injury.278 He becomes guilty:

- of rash judgment who, even tacitly, assumes as true, without sufficient foundation, the moral fault of a neighbor;

- of detraction who, without objectively valid reason, discloses another’s faults and failings to persons who did not know them;

- of calumny who, by remarks contrary to the truth, harms the reputation of others and gives occasion for false judgments concerning them.

I agree it is not our place to judge the immortal soul of another. That is reserved for a higher power. But we can judge what people do. Without some aspect of judgment on the acts of another then morality as a practical concept is meaningless. The question always comes down to the basis of one's moral positions. If they are based on the concepts of men then they can be quite changeable and in the end ultimately so relative and non-specific as to allow them to be argued into non-existence, at least as a uniform code that guides our actions over the long term in a consistent and ethically defensible manner.

Why limit it to spiritual belief? Why not political? Do you let your liberal acquaintances/friends/family go unchallenged? Do you call them bigots?

And with you limited grasp of the development of theology and early church history no wonder you have no faith.

I am not scorning you or anyone else for their beliefs, quite the contrary, I am scorning you for judging others spiritual mortality, you have no right to do that, that is not your job.

My limited grasp of theology and development??? So tell me, when was Hell first mentioned in the bible, it certainly wasn’t in the old testement. And isn’t the God of Abraham the same for you as it is the muslims.And I guess the religions of the orient has no standing with you either? How about the American Indians and their gods and beliefs,I guess they were all wrong also. yup, according to you they were, but it seemed to serve them well.

At least most of them have the decency to be polite to others and not act like jerks.

It’s like you said,though.People are people regardless of their profession.
