If you're in L.A. you should visit Angel's Flight. Maybe snap a few pics. If you ride, you will find that it is a VERY short trip.

I didn’t know it was still in existence. It was shown in a lot of old movies and tv-shows, generally of pre-1960 vintage. Films like “The Indestructable Man” (1955), and I also recall an early-50s episode of “Boston Blackie.” Several others, but I can’t really remember offhand.
