Republican candidate Rick Santorum will be on the "Enrique Cruz Radio Show" this afternoon on NotiUno in San Juan, Puerto Rico (link above offers a link to streaming audio). The show is from 5 - 7pm, and the Senator is scheduled to be interviewed at 5:30pm.
