Please, explain the legal opinion in regards to privacy in a college dormatory because the student convicted shared the room and it would seem the prosecution is overreaching for a purely political purpose.

Indeed, they shared a room, there is no privacy and to think that this admin has forced normal marines and soldiers and sailors etc to now share rooms with homosexuals.

Heck they’;re already stressed and having served then I know there is no privacy in a shared room.

Oh and this has told us one thing and that is there should be no openly serving homosexuals in the military but don’t expect the phony Hannity to discuss any social issues or even mention homosexuality or their agenda

"It is my room also" is not a defense to the charge of invasion of privacy. That's just the way it is. If you don't believe me, pay a lawyer for his opinion.
