YouTube, Video podcasts through Apple's iTunes, those are free to use, and you can even earn advertising from YouTube and charge subscription fees through iTunes if you want it to fund itself. Use that as a springboard - plenty of people already have or make their living from both of those platforms, and there are other video platforms.

A YouTube Freep Channel could be setup in minutes. There are quite a few Conservatives who already use YouTube to get their views out there.
