Let’s examine the document, and track down supporting evidence, if any.
Where did API get it?
Are the signers alive?
What about their employment at the time? Were they in these positions?
If this is real, then there will be supporting evidence.

The document reportedly got into the hands of Orly Taitz from a deceased retired lawyer’s records, with the Feb date on the document fitting into the timeline of the Obama Sr./Stanley Ann Dunham divorce proceedings from Jan-March 1964. Their divorce papers conveniently have page 11 missing from the microfiche, thought to be Zero’s birth certificate as required by court proceeding dealing with support/custody of a child.
Have not read anything conclusively determining the document a fraud..
