The test is very simple ~ there've been plenty of discoveries long since 2004 where you get your quote (repeated endlessly in numerous blogs) ~ it's just a matter of time and someone will find a needle that enabled the earliest Neanderthals to live in Ice Age Europe ~ but for the moment they do have needles found with the latest Neanderthals.
Then you shouldn't have that much trouble posting a link to such a story...
All that shows us, is that Neanderthals are not only scary looking, but that they also were intravenous drug users.
