I use one of these to keep the Red-Headed Woodpeckers from drilling into our house (Drivet-Acrylic Plaster).

Sounds like they put Woody in a vise and cranked it tight.

Unsettling.

The building I work in plays a recording of some kind of raptor to keep the Canada geese away. It is just awful.
