Here in mid coast Maine’ our governor canceled funding last lear for a huge agenda 21 project which would have removed the citizens’ rights in 20 towns along US 1.
Gov. Lepage’s comment on the project;
“We need more paving and less planning.”
At the GW1 website the entire ‘action plan’ can be downloaded. Compare the language to other projects and plans around the country. A lot of cut and paste and boiler plate.

Over on 295 the government has placed fences on either side of the median of the road. This is new. Any idea why?
