In this situation, the snake happened to be a black man and the victim a white woman, he could easily have been white. My point was that many women make very poor choices for men in their life and end up battered or dead as a result. I can see how it can be misconstrued as racist but then again anything can. it depends on your point of view.

RE: racism

Racism is one of those arcane phenomena that only the Anointed Ones can identify because the exact same act can be both racist and not racist.

Take a cat.. please! ". . . a cat that might be alive or dead, depending on an earlier random event." That is the Schrödinger's cat paradox; which is far to (see!) intellectual to be on a right wing site so I typed this using "disappearing" (time-release) pixels.

I'm already befuddled.. so I am switching to something that I and my fellow right wingers can understand.. something of violence and even germane (oops!) to the news article. Something that involves choice as both options are possible.

To wit, American thinker, band leader and song writer Spike Jones' Never Hit Your Grandma With A Shovel (Use An Ax Instead).

In reply #16 I posted information straight out of DoJ. I truly believe that it cannot be racist.. but I took the caution to warn everyone.

That I posted it is a random event. I could have not posted it. Also a random event. To put it the way we can understand I did not use the shovel.

So now posting this curious phenomenon a second time for emphasis is racist. But I will simply direct the reader to the first posting, reply #16.
