Rhetorically speaking, you, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the MSM and a host of others are guilty of what you are accusing Mr. Zimmerman of doing: Shooting first and asking questions later.

From what I am reading that is coming out today, it sounds very much like this young thug was, in fact, shot in self-defense. Tragic? Absolutely. But you and your band of buddies listed above are precisely the kind of people that enable and perpetuate such incidents because you make excuses, garble the facts and give them cover. Disgusting!!!

You are obviously ignorant of the real world. I have seen many incidents where unarmed, law abiding citizens were attacked and suffered broken facial bones, concussions, permanent brain damage, kidney damage etc. Have you ever seen a gang of “unarmed” “youths” descend on an innocent person kick them in the head, beat them severely over and over etc?

An armed civilian who respects the law should defend himself and his family. Or maybe you think all honest people should just be passive victims.

You need to grow up.

An October 16, 2009 article in The Daily Mail stated, “Ironically, the case has now generated more publicity surrounding the furor over whether or not political correctness was behind the US media’s decision to largely ignore the story than it did for the murders themselves.

According to news reports, Christian and Newsom had gone on a date at a local restaurant on Saturday, January 6, 2007, but did not return home. During their night out, the couple was carjacked, bound and blindfolded by three males, and “taken back to Lemaricus Devall ‘Slim’ Davidson’s rented house on Chipman Street.”[6]

Christian’s parents found her abandoned Toyota 4-Runner two blocks away from the Chipman Street house the following Monday with the help of her mobile phone provider. An envelope recovered from the vehicle yielded fingerprint evidence that led police to Lemaricus Davidson and 2316 Chipman Street. When police went to the address on Tuesday, January 9, they found the home unoccupied and Christian’s body in a trash can in the kitchen.

According to the testimony of the Knox County Acting Medical Examiner Dr. Darinka Mileusnic-Polchan at the subsequent trial of Eric Boyd, Newsom was repeatedly sodomized with an object and then blindfolded, gagged, arms and feet bound and his head covered. Barefoot, he was either led or dragged outside the house to a set of nearby railroad tracks. He was shot in the back of the head, the neck, and the back, and his body then set on fire.

Channon’s death came only after hours of sexual torture, medical examiner Mileusnic-Polchan testified. Channon suffered horrific injuries to her vagina, anus and mouth. She was not only raped but savaged with “an object,” possibly a broken chair leg, the doctor testified. She was beaten in the head. Some type of chemical was poured down her throat, and her body, including her bleeding and battered genital area, likely scrubbed with the same solution - all while Channon was alive, the forensic expert said. She was then “hog-tied,” with curtains and strips of bedding, her face covered tightly with a small trash bag and her body stashed inside five large trash bags before being placed inside a large trash can and covered with sheets. Channon died slowly, suffocating, the medical examiner said.[7]

Unless the guy is naked and can’t move, you can’t assume he’s unarmed. To make the assumption that anyone is unarmed is a serious folly and foolhardy on your part.

If someone is attacking me, he better understand that armed or not, I will defend myself and I am always armed.

Stupidity should be painful and in the case of Treyvon, it was lethally painful.

He got what he asked for.

First we have a thread title void of thought -- akin to "War is not the answer"

Then we have your breathtaking non sequitur that using necessary force to defend oneself is akin to "Black = Guilty" (unless, of course, you forgot the sarcasm tag ...)

In Chicago last weekend alone, 49 people were gunned down in 3 days. Ten died. Two teenagers gunned down a 6 yr old girl standing in front of her house.

I guess that’s 49 too many, eh

Yet 1,000 Chicagoans were marching for Tray-von and Dickless Turban D, Il, and the REV-rund Jesse Jackson of Chicago Il, were pimping Tray-vons death for publicity

No. It equates to “if someone is trying to kill me by beating my brains out, and I am armed, they are dead.”

I agree...as soon as the bad guys stop hurting the good guys and the govt becomes an entity that works in the best interest of the people, I will throw my guns into the river....phew, I feel better now...

Unjustifyably?

Yes.

But that’s not the case here.

And apparently you just wanted to make a blanket statement with no intention of answering anyone who questions you assumption.

And, judging by your non response, you just assume the mods won’t notice that you’re just trolling and won’t zap you..

Does this equate to ‘Black = Guilty’?

the guy is Hispanic with black family members and he was mentoring a black kid.

why muddy the waters any more than the MSM, NAACP and the zer0bama is already muddying the waters...
