FOX just said that Holder released a statement saying he would comply with the letter. Smart move.

I’ve wondered if Obama’s (and the left’s) constant lying about the Kennedy decision in Citizens United won’t make Kenendy more likely to strike down Obamacare.

He doesn't declare that, Michelle Obama does.

LMAO Nice distraction from real news, but there have always been women, and men for that matter, with inflated egos. Her 15 minutes of infamy are OVER. Sammy, dear, go put some more age defying lotion on our face.

Winning comment from the comments following the article:

“This chick thinks she’s “beautiful.” Obama thinks he’s “intelligent.” Perhaps Samantha Brick needs a Nobel Peace Prize, as well.
- John Tokalenko, Mendocino, California, USA, 04/4/2012 16:09

No, a lot of the NYTimes comments mention some horrible SCOTUS decision about strip searches. I don’t know what they’re talking about.

I want to reify yesterday’s election and put Santorum in the lead in Wisconsin. All the headlines keep stating that Romney won NARROWLY. However, I live in one of the 2 most conservative counties in WI, and Romney SLAUGHTERED Santorum almost 3:1.

On local news, I helped get a friend and her cohort elected to the school board, but the 3rd member of her “reform” ticket was defeated. So, 2 out of 7 votes on that board belong to the reformers. On other news, 2 fine incumbants were kicked off of the County Board. I’m afraid that that board has taken a sharp turn to the left.

I’m so discouraged.

Sunny and 80 here-and I’m getting info sent to me via e-mail on water conservtion for that bid-

Obama’s dupes are scrambling
To reify each ill-advised word-
So far all they’ve managed is
What was said isn’t what you heard

The judiciary is really fuming
And rightfully so-they should
Call the idiots out on this-
Nothing they do is good

They really should go back and read
Why these rules were put in place-
They exist to keep mob tactics
Out of every judge’s face

Our community leader in chief plans to lead that mob if he doesn’t get his way. I think the people will support their judges over theO if it comes to that. He wants to run against the SCOTUS, let him. A+++

Thank you! Even Bill Cliunton had better sense than that-this idiot is a lawyer who doesn’t even know what “judicial activism” is.
