Point taken-——but being labeled a “sex offender “ at one time actually meant something....as in you were a deviant and needed to be watched for the protection of society
Not to be crude but if they didn’t record the act of the felletio and nobody saw them would they just be a bunch of stupid immoral horny teenagers and not sex offenders.....
Thousands of young men have been labeled sex offenders by the courts for having consensual sex with minors who they thought were of age. It takes years and thousands of dollars to get off the registry, if they ever can, and they can’t legally use the internet, must inform every potential employer of their status and can never be alone with a juvenile. Even their own siblings.
Not likely in today’s courts. If caught urinating in public, they will still have to register as a sex offender.
