I think he was someone else’s cat for those sixteen years and then got lost or went off sick when the people found him.
Most likely this guy lived with humans somewhere and only recently went to the woods ... didn’t work out like he expected, so he found some humans and got the heck ‘out of the bushes’. Al Sharptoon been to Germany lately?
