That Mann failed to get tenure speaks volumes on what other academics think of him. Likely he received government money for his work and should be prosecuted for fraudulently obtaining his government grants.

Failed at UVa but does he have tenure at Penn State. I bet he does. They seem to have pretty leaky standards there.
