In my state, the person for jury duty is picked by random off of their drivers license number. I was selected one time, but my uncle has already been selected 3 times.

Check with the DMV or Secretary of State and make sure that his drivers license number is also off the list for possible jury duty.

What would be cool is to have copies of the voter rolls including the zombies and then vote conservative in the name of the zombies early in the day. Then when all these duplicate ballots from the same people are encountered they will either both be disqualified or both counted. Either way, the Dem vote is neutralized.

I used an online form to discover that my Grandmother who passed in 2003 was still registered. I contacted the County Elections Office and they confirmed that “she” had voted in one local city election after her death. They figured it was most likely a worker error, checking off the wrong line, but anything is possible.

In any case, I sent them the death certificate and she was finally removed from the voter rolls.

So contact the County Elections Office. Ask if the records show your Grandfather voting since 2000. They should be able to tell you that. Then you might need to provide a Death Certificate, but they can get him removed from the rolls.

Go to the county Board of Elections, ID yourself, explain the problem and request the voting records for the time period in question. They may ask you to fill out a FOIA request. If they try to deny you access, have them put the denial in writing and take it to your state representative or U.S. Congressman.

...vote conservative in the name of the zombies early in the day.

That would make us as bad as them; no thanks.

I have a question.
If grandma was a resident of NYS, could her name be used as a voter in FLA or some other State? Is there a way of finding out if grandma is voting anywhere in the USA - after she passed away?
