But even SCOTUS majorities aren’t forever; Scalia and Kennedy are Reagan’s last appointees, and Reagan left office 22 years ago . . .Scalia will stay on while he can, because his influence on the court is important - and Kennedy, because his vote decides all 5-4 cases, must be having a ball.
