That's not going to happen, at least not for the reasons that you cite. What part of the statement is false? Zimmerman no doubt did profile Martin? So what? Zimmerman is not a LEO that may be prohibited by some stupid law from profiling. If we're honest with ourselves, then we will admit that we all profile, and by "all" I mean black people as well. We don't know for sure what happened between Zimmerman's 911 call and Martin's attempt to kill Zimmerman. There was obviously a confrontation and we'll have to wait for the evidence to determine who initiated the confrontation. And Zimmerman fatally shot Martin. So what did CNN say that is false?
Does anyone know why a special prosecutor has been appointed? Is it because the regular prosecute knows the case is s loser and doesn't want to prosecute at the risk of an acquittal that will ruin his reputation? Or does Zimmerman have family that works for the court system?
Here's my prediction: Jury's are much smarter than most Freepers seem to give them credit for. 99% of the time they listen to the evidence and they try to make the right decision. In the absence of an incriminating autopsy or a previously undisclosed video or audio, even an inexperienced public defender should get Zimmerman off in less than an hour of jury deliberation. What is really going on is that a special prosecutor has been appointed with specific instructions from inside the beltway to prosecute, regardless of what the evidence may show, in order to appease the left and postpone the inevitable riots until after the election. The case will go to trial early next year and when riots break out after Zimmerman's acquittal, Obama with the help of the MSM will fan the flames to further his communist revolution if he is still in power, and if Romney is the POTUS, then the MSM will blame Romney for failing to prevent the riots.
The lefties are putting the powder into the keg which will explode when Zimmerman walks. The rabble would love to have another opportunity to “justify” riots and murder. If they had a backbone and upheld the decision of the police not to charge Zimmerman, this would have faded away in a couple of weeks. By appeasing the racial thugs who are generating this crisis, they’re creating the conditions for another Rodney King inspired bloodbath.

I didn't have the opportunity to keep track, but in her long, platitude-laced speech she must have mention "Travon" at least ten times; Zimmmerman, perhaps once.
In none of the thousands of black on white murder trials, I can't recall a single similar puzzler.

Zimmerman will walk, but not until he has accrued tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees. After he walks, I would sue the prosecutor for malicious prosecution.
I hope he walks...but this is Florida. Remember how everyone was sure Casey Anthony would be convicted?
