Yeah, punctuation is important. The difference between “Let’s eat Grandpa” and “Let’s eat, Grandpa” is only a comma.

And the difference between these two sentences is only the capitalization of a single letter:
1) I helped my uncle Jack off a horse.
and
2) I helped my uncle jack off a horse.
