Former Vice President Dick Cheney walked onstage without any assistance and spoke for an hour and 15 minutes without seeming to tire in his first public engagement since he underwent a heart transplant three weeks ago.

Or how he did against Lieberman. Cheney is literally the smartest guy in the room. One on one, he politely eviscerates his opponents in debates.
I forgot who was interviewing him, Brian Williams? some MSM guy and he asked Cheney about South Africa and apartheid. Cheney calmly explained his position and the Realpolitik of the time. The MSM talking head had absolutely NO response. Priceless deer in the headlights expression.

This is so exciting. The left is gonna go bananas at the prospect of Dick Cheney without heart problems. But I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the transplant. He still has so much to offer our country. Thank God for however much more time Dick Cheney will be with us.

Thank God for however much more time Dick Cheney will be with us.Yes ... in consideration of Jim's (and everyone's) position on Romney, I debated whether or not to post this article. However, I thought everyone would be more interested in his speedy recovery and improving health, as he has so many supporters on FR, and might for the moment overlook his comments on Romney.

I have this picture saved already for 3 years and use it frequently. This photo says it all.
Cheney’s wisdom is priceless and he has taught his daughter Liz well.
My feelings on his remarks about Romney is that like me and many here on Freeper who absolutely do not want Romney, that he values his country and it’s safety too much. I’ll ask for opinions here please. What else should Cheney have said at this point in time?
