If Obama had a son, his son would have a dog that looks just like Cisco.

You are correct. PETA has been completely silent over this issue. Why is that?

Read this in correlation to the timeframe of the video:
“Show me your hands!”
“Get your dog!”
-BANG-
It happened ^exactly^ within the same time it took you to read that
Mr. LEO is too trigger happy to retain his badge. City needs to pony up property damage and pain and suffering. Mr LEO needs to defend himself in civil court.

Talented cop. He said ‘get your dog’ and pulled the trigger at about the same time.
To: Dallas59
It appears to me this cop was trigger happy. If the dog hadn’t come out the owner may have been shot.
I think a law needs to be passed that says a cop must allow the owner ample time to restrain the dog, or, if the owner is not present the dog has to actually draw blood before a cop can shoot it. We’re not talking about lions and tigers and bears. Most dogs bark but don’t bite.
Flame away.

And the spokesman say, “...It not a concern...”.
Work for “the public” and you have a free ticket. The officer seemed somewhat abusive. I can understand taking charge of a situation, but ...

Cool, the plugged the barking dog merit badge, the wrong address merit badge, the no part of the suspect description fits the detained person merit badge, and the can't remember any part of the call merit badge all at once.

These thugs with badges continue to abuse their authority. There is no excuse for killing an innocent dog, none. Even worse when all too typical LEO bungling is involved. One of these days, a LEO is going to get capped for this kind of brutal stupidity. As for this LEO, I hope he gets his ass sued off along with the city.

Cesar Millan, the dog whisperer, says that police who shoot dogs are wussies.
To: Dallas59
Most people think that if that happened to their dog they’d react violently and give the cop what he deserves. The reality is that most people react with shock and disbelief, and become very easy for the cops to control. That’s why they do it. It works.

The reality is that most people react..............
I am not most people. My children are grown and situated. My house is paid for. I endure the abuse of government excess on steroids every day.
