Neither does the entire House of Representatives, Senate, Malkin, Hannity, Levin, Cavuto, Stoesel, Michael Medved, Laura Ingraham, Neal Boortz, Michael Savage, Bill O'Reilly, etc. It's as if everybody mentioned above was threatened to be killed or have their families killed.

Well, almost everybody. Steve Malzberg USED to discuss the birth certificate question on his NYC WOR afternoon drive talk show until WOR DUMPED him. (At the time I believe Malzberg had higher ratings in NYC than Hannity did, which would mean he had the highest afternoon drive ratings of any radio program in the NYC Metro area.)

I agree with your premise. I have thought along the same lines for a long time. They were probably all sent a copy of the ‘Zapruder’ tape by the ‘shadow government’s’ PTB with a quick note along the lines of: “We once did this to the most protected man in the world, a United States President. You and your families are just little pissants to us and it would be child’s play....... Now forget all about this little ‘pep talk’. Got it? Good”.
