How come I can only think of this verse from Obadiah, when it comes to stuff like this . . . ?

Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

— Obadiah 1:4

Some translations render “exalt thyself” as “fly high”.

I figure war is what will spur space colonization. War pretty much spurs all technology.
