no doubt, swing shift is the absolute worst... a friend of mine did it for eleven years and i NEVER understood how he survived itStudies have shown nurses, cops, firefighters, etc. who work midnight to 8 AM shift can become mildly psychotic after a couple months. I know this to be a fact...
