All John Fraud Kerry had to do was sign Standard Form S180 releasing his entire military record for release DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC, but he signed it for his own receipt and then released it, after removing all reference to his dishonorable discharge for participating in anti-war demonstrations in uniform, and Peanut Boy's pardon for same.
