There is NO shirt out there worth 2700 dollars except if it was made from gold.
These people aren’t buying blouses , but names.

“You can’t take it with you”, as they say...no matter where you’re going.

Our WalMart has the $1.50, $2.00 and $3.00 racks out right now...Happy days are here again!

I am not a clothing snob, but I LUV well made clothing, shoes and bags. I am a girly girly all the way.I don’t care about names,I care about it being made well to last forever.

And my mom taught me how to shop; paying $2700 for a sweater is just ridiculous and doesn’t mean anything except you are paying for the “honor” of wearing some person’s tag...BFD!

Unless it is made out of mink and trimmed with gold, $2700 for a sweater means you been had! (I’d say “hoodwinked”, but I think that’s racist?)

I shop twice a year at one of our “better” second hand stores. It’s amazing what people donate for resale and lots with the original tag still on the garment. Most of my purchases for my daughter-in-law and I have the top fashion label names but I have never paid more than $20 for anything - which is my self-imposed limit. I did, however, notice last Christmas when I went on one of my sprees that there wasn’t quite as much to choose from and one of my friends who works at the resale shop said that donations, particularly of clothing, were really down. Donations of fine china, old family furniture, crystal and silver were up.
