WHAT kind of Vitamin D? (It has to be D3, but this article does not say THAT!) I get tired of idiots not doing their writing/researching appropriately.
The D2 synthetic is, I believe, what is normally prescribed by doctors. my wife and I take 10k D3 daily and have had no virri at all in the 2 and half years since we started, She is a school teacher and used to bring a virus home several times a school year.
