William Cassano was dusting himself off after being thrown 30 feet by a car moments earlier as he pushed his stalled SUV to the shoulder of Route 70 in Brick.
"Dude, are you OK?! Are you OK?!" asked Anthony Smith, a good Samaritan pizza deliveryman, also from Brick, who stopped to help Cassano on Thursday night.
"Yes, yes," Cassano replied in a soft voice, Smith recounted.
Moments later, Cassano was hit by another car and this time there was no miracle escape

Feel bad for the driver of the pickup.
I went to the article and it appears that there were no motorcycles involved in this accident...just wondering why all the talk about motorcycles. Did I miss something?

I see some checkpoints when we bring the kids to some lakes up in NY; I think the emergency responders are furious with people that use children as airbags because they suffer the trauma of scraping them up.
We have a lot of them here in NJ (some of the toys people bought during the good times), and they get at least 8 months of riding. They usually have to drive them elsewhere, though; it really is just so congested here (and now our tolls have doubled on our toll roads).
Wow, the 23 year olds were out to get that man. Sad all the way around.
