Recess appointments of judges when the congress was in session and executive orders will accelerate. AND then he’ll dump a couple of Supreme Court Justices in for good measure.

Even with a Republican Congress, Obama's EPA regulators will still be shutting down coal and oil production. Obama's DOJ will still be ignoring election fraud and suing states that try to enforce border laws.
