Uhhm, aren’t they a little late? I mean the X-box 360 has been on the market for what? Five years? It is nearly at the end of it’s cycle as it is, I think even if motorolo did suceed in keeping any new X-box 360’s from market, there would be more than enough refurbished and used units to keep the market satisfied.
