The picture doesnt make sense. Old timey print? That tan printing that was done, oh maybe forty years ago?
Very out of style 15 to 20 years ago when the pic was purported to be taken.
Fifteen or twenty years ago the pics all have no edges and we were coming out of the era of buffed prints into the era of shiny big color prints.
Somebody is playing with the print to achieve a certain goal.

Think of what was available in Africa or Europe that may have been there for a few decades.
