No no no. The Aussie should have called Algor, Steven Chu, James Hansen, Michael Mann, Big Sis, WaPo, The Slimes, EPA, etc.

Or, he borrows the lawn mower, and starts mowing at 2AM. If anybody complains, explain that his nights/days are messed up from the artificial light.

Or, he hosts a weekend smokin' BBQ event at his abode (with fans), and doesn't invite the petawatt people.

Or, he could set up a sun-shaded light sensitive diode switch aimed at the offending light, and have it switch on a stereo system that blares out "You Light Up My Life" on an endless loop while the light is on.

Or, send the guy information on motion sensor flood light systems...
