Jeff Bolton was on KLIF, the “sister” station to WBAP now that Cumulus has taken over. He was let go one Friday afternoon and we (the listeners) never heard why till the station changed to their new format. I really enjoyed his show and would switch to Mark the last hour before Rush. Cumulus has really done a number on DFW talk radio. Who needs continuous news? You could always switch to 1080. After they dumped Jeff, then Laura Ingraham and Mark, I am wondering when they will go after Mark Levin and even Rush.

Jeff is really a great guy and a patriot. He did broadcasts from Iraq and Japan and the relief efforts of our military. He was a huge supporter of our troops and was a fair guy on the radio having a real mix of callers from both sides of the aisle. I miss hearing him and am proud to know him as a friend and one of our customers.

Honestly, I used to have all my radios on WBAP and KLIF for Jeff. Now with all the changes, it's it's Rush and Mark Levin. I'd listen to Bill Bennett but I'm just not up then. Sure wish they'd switch him with Mike Gallagher.

“The most wonderful thing about getting back on the air daily in Dallas, not that daily I didn’t take part in Dallas life, because I make it a point to always stay abreast of the latest events, whether local or national, although a lot of you only know me from subbing for Rush, where we of course discuss national news and politics all the time, and how grateful I was to Rush for all the times he allowed me behind the golden EIB mike, which, by the way, is actually gold! ....”

Thank God for that. Mark Davis is a good man, but he is a loquacious bird brain; when I hear him on Rush's show, I quickly turn to Dennis Prager in my time zone. Sorry Mark, Rush uses you to keep from paying others more money.
