Brewed a triple IPA a couple of months ago. Strong as hell but the carbonation didn’t work out as well as I wanted it.
Oh well, lesson learned to add more carbonating sugar on a high gravity brew.
The Nut Broen Ale I drank earlier took much longer to carb that I was used to.
