I really question California and Michigan being listed as fastest growing, unless you could all the temporary "stimulus" money that has been pumped in by Obama. Long term growth private industries are fleeing those two states.

Now that I think about it, I’m sure retired state employees are propping up the economy here by spending their pension money.
