They discovered her on youtube while she was deployed to Afghanistan and she hit the air waves with a big bang. I love that this group deployed at least, I believe, 7 times to perform for our deployed troops.

The other singer SSgt Brian Owen is also starting to take off. They both are people with integrity and they are Patriots. Air Force Guard, I’m retired so I am a little partial to the Air Force. Martha

I can only claim that I was in the Air Force, but the first time I saw the youtube from Afghanistan, I just cried. It moved me, I'm not impressed easily......but I do appreciate talent.

Yes, after competing on the Voice and getting voted out her career is taking off. She is on facebook her page is the Official Angie Johnson page. Once in a while if you ask her a question she is down to earth enough to answer it.

I love all of Sidewinder's music, that was her AF band, I wish they would make a album. The SSgt Brian Owens is also very talented, he is more into soul....but in there youtube music they even sang Chicken Fried by Zac Brown. I just love their stuff and I support both of them.

When I was in the Navy, the military bands all played big band music and jazz. Sidewinder’s music is more my style.
