The Founding Fathers put in the constitution means to protect us from people like obama. But, they didn’t put in the constitution that everyone elected to congress has to have a pair. Guess they didn’t realize back then that we’d have girly-boys running for officex.

Right, Congress is in short supply of brass ones. Enough to make you sick.

The founders also stipulated in the Constitution the requirement that the president, and only the president be a natural born citizen, and both political parties chose to ignore it since both ran ineligible candidates. The Constitution has been reduced to providing talking points, as when all Senators, inclucing Obama, said McCain was really eligible because both of his parents were citizens. Every Senator but McCain signed Senate Res. 511 in April 2008, but only because Senate Bill 2678, sponsored by McCaskill and Obama, the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’, failed to pass. It was a bill (resolutions are not actionable, but state an opinion). McCain's candidacy provided cover for Obama. Now RINOs are promoting Rubio to keep the facts off the table as they reap the benefits of controlling appropriations. They have a natural born citizen with real experience in Suzanna Martinez, a real conservative, but they are counting on Rubio's alien parentage to control public sentiment about their not vetting Obama.

The press and politicians don't realize how many constitutional conservatives now know the truth, perhaps having read Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny where Madison explained (on page 37) that definitions are intentionally left out of the Constitution, because otherwise the meanings would be subject to the always changing language. The Constitution was intentionally dependent, as Chief Justice Waite explained in Minor v. Happersett, upon the common law and language familiar to its framers. Chief Justice Marshall restated the never doubted common law in his statement in The Venus, 12 US 253, (1814), "born on the soil to citizen parents".

If we want a constitutional republic we must learn to read carefully and defend the Constitution. Try to find more than one word defined in the Constitution (there is one). Whenever “because it was not defined in the Constitution” is used to explain why we pretend there is no definition, ask the speaker to name any term defined in the Constitution.

Why didn't Levin support the Constitution? Why won't his sponsor, Hillsdale College, honestly cover the issue? Probably fear. The one congressman to raise the question, Nathan Deal of Georgia, was immediately attacked using old IRS records. No one has the resources to fight the justice department. Deal left Congress and became Georgia's governer. Levin has two children, at least one still in college. Obama and his cohorts are gangsters. And they aren't the only ones. GW Bush knew Richard Armitage had confessed to telling a reporter that Valarie Plane had CIA connections, but didn't defend Cheney's right hand, Scooter Libby, who was guilty of nothing. A corrupt government has alomst unlimited power. We need not only to overcome voter fraud and elect relatively honest representatives, we need to clean out the cesspool of federal judges, who will say whatever they are told to say.
