A German folk tale about a supposed ‘’wild man’’ found in a German forest who is ‘’civilized’’. The moral point of the story is a kind of looking at ‘’civilized’’ society's attempt to ‘’civilize’’ the savage when the ‘’savage’’ views society with all it's faults and moral contradictions as the real savage.

I know the story of Kasper Hauser and was just wondering if this were a modern day version of the same.
I even own a copy of the movie “The Enigma of Kasper Hauser” by Werner Hertzog. Really interesting film and story.
I read about Hauser when I was a kid. One of the most interesting stories I ever read.
