Every amp I’ve had since 1974 has had at least 200 WPC RMS.
BTW, these guys sound like Romantic Warrior by Return to
Forever from 1976.
I sold a lot of stereos using this song.
Still one of my favorite albums.

It’s odd that I was very familiar with one group but not the other. Come to think of it, it does suddenly ring a bell. I was a huge Cobham fan at the time.
These two groups are amazingly similar.
I have none of their stuff. I think I’m gonna need to hit uTorrent...
I saw maja-vishnu orchestra three times, always in small venues.
McGlaughlin played with Miles Davis for a while and I caught them together by chance (they came in seperately) at "Under the Clock", an after-hours club in the basement of a NYC brownstone, where I used to tend bar and bounce.

Groovy, man.
For even better results, skip skip the CD. Re-sample to 24/192 & play through your DAC. My Carver Silver 9T monoblocks put out around 2K RMS each, think that will be enough?.
Great music, thanks for sharing! Have you heard McLaughlin when he was with Shakti or Remember Shakti? The levels of virtuosity is simply astounding. Unfortunately, the audio on the Internet version of “Saturday Night in Bombay” is rather poor but you can pick up a CD if you like it. An hour-long amazing fusion of Jazz, Indian jamming that is over much too soon.
