Used to be women let men think they were the center of the family. They encouraged them to think and act of themselves in this way. It served marriages, and the well being of women and children for dads to view themselves as more than just hollow ATMs. Something of honor, character, love and inspiration has gotten lost in the translation of modern society. It’s sad to me. Hard on moms and dads, but mostly their children.
