Biographer admits: There was no Obama family!

Fred, when you said you Googled it I then did and this is the site I got.

“It says The yellow, four-bedroom, single-story home was built in 1948. Nani Smethurst, who has owned the home since 1979, said the place is essentially the same as it was when it was built, (although it has been upgraded) and landscaped by Smethurst, who is an architect.”

So that is why it looks more modern.

He also says; “The cottage behind the house at 6085 Kalaniana’ole Highway (may have been Obama’s parents’ rooms) when they lived with the Dunhams.”

So this statement to me means the Dunham’s were renting the main house and he says the 448 sf. 1 bedroom cottage (may be) where Barack Sr., Stanley Ann Dunham and baby Obama stayed. That is an assumption on his part.

What I don’t understand is he says in this article of 2008 that Nani Smethurst has owned the home since 1979 and yet the sales history that is showing says it was sold on 12-15-92 and then again on 4-21-95.

Reply: What I meant by ‘I Googled it’ is I went to Google Images to find an image of the property, I didn’t look for an article.

Reply: OK, she’s talking about the main house.

Reply: We still have no information on when the 14’ x 32’ outbuilding may have been updated, have we? But if she updated the main house in 1979, then the outbuilding may also have been updated at around the same time, and the materials DO appear to be from the 1970’s.

Reply: May have been. But we still do not know what was there in 1961, do we?

Reply: But he didn’t live there, he had his own address listed in the Polk at the same time, it’s been openly admitted there is no evidence they EVER lived together. And no one so far can rememember a young woman with a child, the latest being the daughter of the owner of the Pratt Furniture store for which Stanley Armour apparently worked as a manager, and whose DAUGHTER shared the VERY SAME house with her parents.

Reply: It’s Hawaii. They need some truth serum in the water. I’m going back to the beginning. There was apparently some kind of a structure there in 1953, but what is there now, being shown to us as a cottage in which people lived whom no one can remember, bears no resemblance to what was built there in 1953.
Still think it could have been a stable.
