If Bush doesn’t say something he’s doing the nation and the Constitution a tremendous disservice. He is OBLIGATED to speak up.

That would be the WORST thing that could happen. If Pres. Bush spoke up HE would become the issue.

Plus...why interfere when your enemy is already hanging himself?
