Boulevardier
Noun
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

I was out walking last night, ran in to my devoted Dem neighbor up the street. She mentioned natural gas drilling in NY state. Said a neighbor came around to ask her to sign a drilling ban petition and she told him no. She said it galls her to see people who USE natural gas and still want to ban drilling. She called him a hypocrite for taking that position. I had new respect for her. Her husband made my jaw drop a couple of weeks ago when he told me he had to go home to see Anderson Cooper’s show. I always wondered WHO watched that thing.
The Boulevardier, a cocktail popular during Prohibition, consists of two ounces of rye whiskey mixed with one ounce each of Compari and vermouth.
After success with “Arthur the Aardvark”, PBS is considering a new show: “Barry the Boulevardier”.

I've seen these Boulevardier people about town. Pushing a shopping cart full of junk and trailing a cloud of toxic air. Yep, men about town. They even get streets named after them.
LOL. Jonah was mocking him, I commented jokingly and the guy responded to me seriously.
I think they’ve pretty much moved on from NY state as far as the Marcellus shale, according to my brother. They’ve already screwed themselves over up there unforch. ND is the new boom state.
