As far as I'm concerned, Mann is a bigger Penn State scandal than Sandusky. Their coverup of his shenanigans is going unchallenged.
Keep watching. My theory is that there are clusters of small scandals that seek each other out and then merge into larger and more complex scandals, and that given time they will grow into a super cluster that can link almost all scandals together.
Today we have little reason to believe Dr. Mann is involved in pedophilia ~ but there he is at Penn State ~ and where there's opportunity, and a pro-active environment, weak minds dive in.
